I don’t know much about this sort of thing. I live in a big enough city that I have several choices. I can get high-speed internet through a cable TV company. I think it’s called broadband. It would be the most expensive choice.
I also can get high-speed internet through my phone company. It is called DSL. That is what I have.
Also you can get internet through dial-up services on a regular telephone line. I used to have that, but it got slower and slower, so I gave it up. I actually saved money by doing it—I had AOL—but there were much cheaper dial-up services than AOL , and maybe still are.
