I write UK English, or I try to, but I think I talk with an American accent. I think Scottish and Irish sounds the coolest, but I couldn't speak it to save my life :p

I think Scottish & Irish do sound cool & I like their funny slang, UK english is like Australian English to me, just the same with different spelling & a lot of misunderstanding. I like Australian english accents the most.

Thats exactly what UK & Irish & Scottish & Australian english sound to me :) We all add a little slang. You seem to know a lot of english Astrid do you know more US slang or UK slang?

Of slang i probably know more US, but the English I know is much based on British english (it is what we learn in school, so I count it is proper English)

I think proper english is a mixture of pieces of all english. Saying Spanish from Spain is proper spanish in compared to Mexican spanish is nonsense to me. Because I've heard Spanish from spain and it sounds awful at times and others it sounds good. So "proper" I'd say is peculiar to define. And I shudder at English accent plus proper English speaking it it always sounds awful to me, except when its a butler hahahaha.

Right! Thats a total give away Astrid. Americans would treat her horribly if they saw her writing color wrong. I'd protect her though.

lol (literally this time).

I find it funny how dreadful many of Noways politicians are at English. My mother talks better than them, and she barely ever use it!

I didn't know laser was an acronym but it is spelled with an s here I think the only times its with a z is like in the movies.

Honestly though if an American meets a european person they'll treat them like they're special & interesting :)

Hmm I used to hate slang but I notice older people like being corrected, so slang has an age limit for the majority of people.
