It is obvious to the world and to many believers that MANY people will not be accepted with Jesus, this is to the Church. It is as obvious as there are many denominations and different doctrines and beliefs.

There is only ONE denomination with Jesus Christ. And that is the people who follow and obey Jesus Christ. If you say you speak the truth which another also says, but is in contradiction with what you teach, then one of you is telling a lie. If there is SCHISM in the body then someone needs to be removed. And believe me, the Lord will remove them. How can you say you are a believer but you lust after women other than your wife? Maybe you heard Jesus, but you thought you were above the law. Jesus does not call us to be above the law. He calls us to fulfill it.

How can you be a believer but you hate anyone who does not believe like you do? You have no idea who Jesus is if you hate people. And how can you be a believer if you gossip, lie, cheat, steal, commit adultery? NO SINNER WILL ENTER HEAVEN NONE!! You have not been separated from the world to be like the world. You were separated to be like Jesus. So why is your heart full of filthiness then?

GOD WILL JUDGE SINNERS AND SAINTS!!! For those who believed but did not obey he will judge them, and MANY will have their part in the lake of fire. This is true. We know for those who do not believe nor obey they will meet the same fate.

How can you say you are of the Body of Christ if there is sin in your heart? Don't you know that in Christ was no sin? Get the sin out and follow Jesus. Don't justify sin, repent of sin. Don't teach anyone that sin is okay. IT IS NOT OKAY!

There should be NO division in the body concerning sin, especially concerning JESUS CHRIST, CONCERNING THE HOLY SPIRIT, CONCERNING THE FATHER. May Jesus bless you.

I sometimes think the Lord prefers having many denominations, rather than just one.

If your righteousness is no better then the pharisees, scribes, Muslims, Buddhist, Wiccans, atheist, or materialist in this world, then how will the world know you are God's chosen people?

This is about the WORLD knowing and YOU BEING a LIVING Testimony to GOD's LOVE and GLORY. not about salvation for YOU but for the WORLD. Bless those who curse you, LOVE your ENEMIES!

Here Ramon you forgot your scriptures again:

Matthew 5:20
For I say to you, that unless your righteousness exceeds the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees, you will by no means enter the kingdom of heaven.

Matthew 9:34
But the Pharisees said, “He casts out demons by the ruler of the demons.”

Matthew 12

Jesus Is Lord of the Sabbath

1 At that time Jesus went through the grainfields on the Sabbath. And His disciples were hungry, and began to pluck heads of grain and to eat. 2 And when the Pharisees saw it, they said to Him, “Look, Your disciples are doing what is not lawful to do on the Sabbath!”
3 But He said to them, “Have you not read what David did when he was hungry, he and those who were with him: 4 how he entered the house of God and ate the showbread which was not lawful for him to eat, nor for those who were with him, but only for the priests? 5 Or have you not read in the law that on the Sabbath the priests in the temple profane the Sabbath, and are blameless? 6 Yet I say to you that in this place there is One greater than the temple. 7 But if you had known what this means, ‘I desire mercy and not sacrifice,’[a] you would not have condemned the guiltless.

Matthew 12:38
[ The Scribes and Pharisees Ask for a Sign ] Then some of the scribes and Pharisees answered, saying, “Teacher, we want to see a sign from You.”

Matthew 15:7-13 (New King James Version)

7 Hypocrites! Well did Isaiah prophesy about you, saying:
8 ‘ These people draw near to Me with their mouth,
And[a]honor Me with their lips,
But their heart is far from Me.
9 And in vain they worship Me,
Teaching as doctrines the commandments of men.’”

10 When He had called the multitude to Himself, He said to them, “Hear and understand: 11 Not what goes into the mouth defiles a man; but what comes out of the mouth, this defiles a man.”
12 Then His disciples came and said to Him, “Do You know that the Pharisees were offended when they heard this saying?”
13 But He answered and said, “Every plant which My heavenly Father has not planted will be uprooted.

The harvesters are at work, will you be uprooted?

hey Ramon did you know that Isaiah's wife was a prophetess and they lived in the court of the king?

I just read that today in the Zondervan Handbook to the Bible and thought you might find it interesting too. :) Blessings of the Lord be with you my brother. :) May He keep you safe and guard you as you read His holy WORDS.

The church has always been divided. Paul tried to address these divisions among the 7 churches at that time when he wrote to each one in the book of Revelation. Note that his words were given to him by Jesus, and they were not Paul's words which judged and warned these churches.

One problem with your theory is that we are all sinners thats why we fail at the unity that God calls us to. I agree that we need to be unified and work towards that goal, but don't expect it to happen over night. The dilemma is that people choose different sides of unimportant debates, not realizing that you can disagree and still be unified in your belief is Christ. If you look at many bible believing evangelical denominations the differences in their beliefs are actually over silly things. An example from my life is I went to an evangelical mennonite church who believed in baptism but believed it was ok to baptize by pouring as well as immersion and practiced both depending on access to a pool or lake for immersion (I got baptized by pouring). I then started attending a baptist church who only believed in immersion baptism and wouldn't let me become a member unless I got re-baptized. This is an example of an unimportant fight which people should not be divided over.

I believe the start of this separation into different churches started from Cain and Abel. Abel had a good reason to sacrifice with a good heart but cain had pride that over ruled him so he can make his own offering to God.

Why not they both do one offering together? Well Cain wanted to do it his way and for a not so good reason.......they could have done one one offering together but they did separate.

If you look at it this way then you can see that Cain and Abel worshipped the same God but different ways, saying this could have been the start of different religions or denominations.

Firstly, baptism is important and it is not as silly and simple as people have made it. This is no theory there should be NO division in the body. How can the kingdom of God stand if it is divided against itself? NO! NO DIVISION. Either you are in or out, no in-between. Isn't it strange that you had power to sin, but you have no power to stop sinning? Don't you know that Jesus didn't die to make us sinners, but to save us from sin? Why do you call yourself a sinner knowing full well that all sinners have their part in the lake if they don't repent and follow Jesus? Your own words will condemn you then. And by the way, it did happen overnight with me, but not until I TRULY repented.

Again, these institutions are not part of the Church. In every synagogue there may be a FEW people who actually belong to the Church of Jesus. God always keeps himself a remnant. Being a member of your local church is not a guarantee that you are a part of the Church.

Since when did people become members of church and not of THE CHURCH? Haven't they created their own kingdoms, with their own rules? Teaching favorable doctrine rather than warning people about Judgement, Sin, Righteousness? Tell me this, have they not been baptized with the Holy Spirit? Only those who are lead by the Spirit of God are the sons of God, but then who are they who are not lead by the spirit? I tell you this, they are children of Satan, who inflame their bodies with the burning lusts that eat away at their souls.

Jesus Christ is the unity of the Body. If you are not in him, and he in you, then you are none of his. And NO man having begun this walk and looking back is fit for the kingdom of God. May Jesus bless you.

I sometimes think the Lord prefers having many denominations, rather than just one.
Denominations is what men prefer since they cannot stand to hear Jesus. It is their way of coping with the revealed Truth of the Scripture. It is their way to shut up their consciences to sin. I tell you, NO SINNER WILL ENTER HEAVEN!!! The reason people will not go to Jesus is because their deeds are evil. So they start their own churches trying to get their own members, trying to establish their own kingdoms. I tell you the kingdom will not be seen. The kingdom is not stone or wood and pews. And yet, people build their own kingdoms.
One Lord, One Faith, one Baptism, THE SAME SPIRIT, who is all, in all, through all. Amen!!!

Denominations might just be a tool of the devil to cause division among Christians
