I'm bored and I want to paint something....it's been a while since I've painted, and I'm feeling the withdrawal.
Problem is, I don't have any ideas, except the possibility of making it some sort of romantic scene....but I think I'll do that sometime later....
ANYWAY.... I would really like some ideas. :D
Merci! (thank you)

Perhaps you could choose out a very nice nature photo of yours, and then taking up the challenge trying to painting it?

How about a bible scene, a western scene, a winter scene, a night or day sky scene or a woods scene. Animals and their young are always nice. Oh, and leas and meadows are always nice too.

Apparently one of the 60 minutes correspondents, forget which one, think it was Morley Shafer, used to paint portraits of the hotel rooms he stayed in while he travelled. I know, a bowl of fruit or vase of flowers.

Haha...thanks guys...now I have a lot of ideas, and now, if I ever get bored again, I'll just come here, and look up another thing to paint.
@apocalypse: Lol... I do horses all the time. :D As a mater of fact, I've been drawing horses sinc4 I was four....And People actually liked them, I wasn't even near 1/100th of how good I am now... I'll put pictures of my paintings and drawings in an album on my profile ASAP. So you guys can see them. :D

My mom paints...normally landscapes, but she's done a few paintings of flowers or a wine glass beside some grapes, things like that. Whenever she sets up the scene herself, I try to slip something silly into it to see if she'll paint it- we now have a lovely painting by my mom of a glass of wine beside green grapes with a small stuffed monkey sitting in front of them.

Not sure I have the hang of this (either that, or I haven't tried hard enough).
I also haven't been on lately, but I'm working on getting pics of my drawings/paintings on an album here... so you guys can see them.
I'm also trying to sell some if my stuff, so if you guys want to request something, or just take something I have,... yeah, you get the drift.
