You know it is sad. I use to have a pen pal when I was in high school. He was from South Africa and he just quit writing me one day. Now with the technology we have it seem like snail mail pen pals are gone away. I miss it because it was fun to wait to see what the person would say. I would like a new one but I know now technology has taken over too much. Mind you my hand writing has not been great since I broke my finger and mess up my writing hand in an auto accident couple years ago. Anyway do you have a pen pal when you were kid or teenager? I like to get a new one and possible a Christian one so we could share different things about how we feel about God.

Hello, yeah the pen and paper way is going out which is a shame.
Because there is something great about getting that letter is the mail. But will technology it does make it a bit faster and less costly on an environmental sense. (no trucks, trains, or planes using fuel to get your letter to you)
but yeah it would be nice to communicate with other on out feelings and thoughts of God.
im working in a second album right now. It's relaxing music for prayer and reflection. If you would like to check it out its
denizenpilgrim.bandcamp.com

i have my last album on there.
but if you would ever like to talk about God, I would be open to the discussion.

I have an email pen pal in South America (we google translate our correspondence) and one in Philadelphia (who I'll be visiting soon at the Jersey shore).
When I was a young girl I had a snail mail pen pal who lived in France, but we lost contact.
I do enjoy the email correspondence now, it's been quite exciting to get a new letter every few days. No pen-and-paper pen pals though.

There was a teacher from africa i wrote with when i was in high school or college, then a former trainee, who i actually met here bef. she returned to china. Then some local penpals, in fact one from prison and my mom was alarmed i shd be writing to one at the time. I sure miss those days, and snail mail writing actually develops ur patience, does it not? U can even sing karen carpenter's 'Mr postman' while waiting for ur mail-).

I currently have a pen pal in South Africa. I would love to have more Christian pen pals. There are many pen pal groups on Facebook. I recently "got back together" with a pen pal in England--I actually need to start writing to her.
