What are some things that annoy you or get on your nerves? Mine are people who are not courteous to give signals when they drive. Also, when you are at a store you only have a few items, and they have several. They could let you go ahead, but they don't. People that are courteous show manners.

it's not the person, it is the action.
Another place where there needs to be care, kind of like hate the sin, not the sinner.

The only thing that bothers me now in this life is the existence of human suffering. It gets me down sometimes but I have to pull myself up when I think of all the good things that Jesus has promised us in the Bible.

I should not probably be bothered but I can’t help it. Slackers at work bothers me because it is unfair for those who are hardworking.

I must say that when I am at my local supermarket, people almost always (like 90 something percent of the time) offer to let me go ahead of them when I only have a few items of my own to purchase. When I shop at Walmart (which I rarely do)? Well, then I bring some light reading (like "War and Peace") with me, and maybe an army cot...lol.

Do things that people do annoy me?

Yes, but I have come to learn that when I am annoyed, that is usually a sign that something is not right within me, and I am ever working on myself in those areas.

Yeah I had to work through that one too (pun intended.) Everyone leaves a mess lying around, confident that good ole uncle Lynx will clean up after them, because they know I have to clean up their mess before I can get my job done.

Then one day my wallet said something that changed my whole world view. (My wallet is always commenting about my work habits - on slow days it just worries its little self to death, afraid I'll be sent home early.) It said, "Shut up you idjit! I'm enjoying this!"

What it basically boils down to for me is, I do my job, I get my pay and I go home. I'm not a manager, never want to be a manager and what other people are doing (or not doing) is not my problem. The manager sees who is working and who is not. If he doesn't do something about it, that's between the lazy worker, the manager and the owner. I don't have any legit reason to even care about it, much less do anything about it.

And I sure don't go home early a lot. The lazy ones get sent home early all the time though.

A small thing that annoys me to no end. People in YouTube comment sections and elsewhere making reference to a specific part of a video but mentioning the time code for the END of that part rather than the beginning.

Or when strangers act like they are people you know. (Well, perhaps that's a bit more acceptable in a church setting.)

People saying "actually, in my opinion, the crust is the best part of the pizza". Not that it bothers me personally that much, but I just don't believe they genuinely mean it! Some pizza place should call their bluff and put an "all crust, no toppings" pizza on their menu.

They just say it because they fail to understand that a pizza is a holistic piece of work. No toppings, no pizza. No crust, no pizza.

Btw, I made a little trip to your country yesterday.

And Butlers! Oh wait. That's Jeeves.

Anyway, mine is people that don't return a "Good Morning", or even acknowledge, when you know they heard you. as they're walking toward you.
