Hey was just wondering if anyone in here knows how to use photoshop (preferably CS4)

And if so, maybe you could help me with something.
I would like to know how to make a water droplet hitting water which would ripple

My pastor has an idea for a "logo" and asked if I could do it, I've been looking but can't find a tutorial on what it is I'm looking for.

wouldn't you be better off with some pure 3d program?

I dno, I'm somewhat familiar with photoshop, and CS4 has 3D rendering now.
