9 out of 11...

The way I was able to tell the difference is believe it or not toddler art has flaws in it... Look for weird shapes and splashes that look like the child messed up... Also gut instinct helps a lot :p

I still don't understand why people buy this stuff.

I make art like that when I slip in the shower, or burn a grilled cheese sandwitch. It's slopping crap on the paper.

Now someone is going to argue that it's all about the futility of mans existence or something but that's probably the guy who bought it.

Making scuptures out of trash, that's modern art. Just slapping some paint on a canvas is not.

Its a conspiracy. The art of a culture can teach people to admire beauty, motivating and encouraging them to excel at their God-given talents. "Art" can also be used to debase, disgust and debauch a people, so they don't understand beauty, are apathetic toward all things, including morality, and never attempt to glorify God with the talents He has given.

To debase, disgust and debauch is the purpose of modern "art", a goal it shares with other forms of art, including much modern "music".

If the usurer's lost the power to print money from thin air, eventually, they would likely run out of finance to fund the purchasing of trash for purposes of control.

It's kind of funny lol. I actually liked the art the toddler's did more than the art than the actual artists made! haha.

10/11. There are notable differences, but I'm still not a fan of that kind of art.

We have a piece of my hubby's "toddler art" framed and hanging in our living room. His mom framed it when he was very young because she thought it was interesting and deep. And, actually, it really is quite interesting. We've enjoyed it many years!

It's toddler art is more mathmatically random and it's cheaper. Also you get a big smile from a toddler when you look at their work.

I got 6. Modern art really is... baffling. (Mainly, that people actually pay lots of money for it.)

I got a 7. I was attempting to determine what was what based on how unorganized or organized they looked. It worked for some of them.

9 - calling it 'modern art' is just a nice way of saying modern artists cannot paint
