Interesting! Revelation 9:21 mentions they did not repent of their "sorceries" Greek word "pharmakeia" from where we get the word "pharmacy." DRUGS!
It does feel like magic, when pills stop a virus, when they stop a disease cold in its tracks, and when it stops pain, doesn't it? But we are grown ups, and can learn how they work, so we know it's not really magic. It's God giving some people the know-how to help others! Praise God!

Thank you, Father, for taking care of us in some very amazing ways. What didn't help Mom was the cornerstone of what has cured others of a deadly cancer. Thank you, Father! And thank you for giving hubby what he needed. Without the chemo, his liver would have died a slow, torturous death. Praise you, Lord! And thank you for helping me manage my constant pain so I'm not wreathing on the floor! Thank you for a life back to praise you and help others! You've given us so much more, since the first time someone figured out a leaf can help with a health problem! You are our real magic! We will never think as big as you, so thank you for giving us good things to see something of you in everything.

if I have learned anything, I will be totally honest and share....

my addiction to pharmikia, in my own mind is absolutely astounding to ME, after my Father
delivered me from IT, and showed me how I was absolutely medicating myself for various
reasons, from child-hood on................................................................
what He showed me would kill an elephant...........

when I read At's post about her fears, OH MY GOD, would anyone believe what happened to me??????

my CLOWN was REAL, flesh and blood, and he was flesh/demon,,,,,every nite for so many years...
he was trying to destroy my mind in the most bazaar ways and he would have succeeded BUT
for the grace of God..............................

and this is for my Sisters and Brothers, I made it through the darkness....and so can you..............

It's impossible to pay back such a huge debt. We will default and China will forgive us. Yeah right! ;)
Seems like everything is made in China.I hope they forgive and forget and hopefully the government is more accepting of Christianity.

Sometimes I think the CC Family Forum is more a Dear Abby column than folks trusting God can answer. I keep expecting people to sign their post like a Dear Abby letter. The posts are heartbreaking, and yet the answers are too often stamped/phoned in.

Poiticians like Jeb Bush find themselves up against a man (Trump) who has literally nothing to lose and says pretty much anything.

here's my random thought
I try my best to remember that EVERYONE makes mistakes, but often the managers/supervisors always point out your mishaps but surprisingly never mention their huge mistakes, or when you have those that knitpick , ooh this is one that started happening to me whenever i'm eating my healthy lunch one of my coworkers always say ..can i have a piece of that , or what did you bring for us today...and i always give it to her or the other one that walks around the room getting something from everyone

And this is why it's good to leave work at lunchtime, even if that means hanging out on a dilapidated parking lot shooing away flies. lol

What is it about a holiday weekend that makes everyone seem like they have no idea there are other people around them? Things like standing at the end of a shopping aisle with your cart, blocking the aisle completely while it takes you three minuts to decide if you want to go down that aisle. Or having your love one mind the shopping cart on the other side of the aisle from the eggs, while you make sure every egg isn't cracked or stuck in the carton for FIVE cartons of eggs, which you check one egg at a time holding on to the carton in the middle of the aisle, and then getting angry at someone who just wants one carton while you're busy checking your eggs. Or not realizing you have no idea how to work a card to pay for your items, but getting snippy with the cashier for daring to show you the pointy-pen used exclusively on that touch-screen because fingers don't always work, so you decide to start from scratch over and over again, while three people are waiting behind you. Or stopping at the exit of the strip mall full of stores, including a busy supermarket, to take your time going through your stuff in the car for who-knows-what without realizing you've blocked five lanes of traffic at a five-way (including supermarket entry point) stop sings, or thinking that green light in front of you is a fine time to look for your cell phone, because it's got to be in your van somewhere?

Why do things like this double on a Friday right before a three-day weekend?

I think that people in college want to be in a fraternity because they want acceptance and that's not a good thing if it were not for the overzealous hazing.

As far back as I can remember I have only seen one suggestion in the suggestion forum implemented.
Ladies names in pink and men's names in blue.
