It wasn't that I ate too much but the cake I ate seemed to make me nauseas... I rarely get nausea like that so the cake probably needed less artificial nonsense.

Thats not summer at all... I like to pick up a rock thats been sitting in the sun & hand it to an unsuspecting friend & they'll yell ouch cus its hot :D. But it also just happens to me because car keys are metal & heat up while driving.
