You crazy lady :) - if they make your little sweet heart beat more peacefully, and your toes relax, so be it.

I can't believe I did 424 blogs.

My faith book from CC users is called "Lady Blue's CC Faith Book" and I have multiple folders of pictures from several users here. Among them are you, mailmandan, skylove, JesusLives, VioletReigns and psychomom. Too many others to mention here..lol.. :)

For your info, my husband went on hospice home care today. Big load off of me - but it's not over yet. Thanks for your prayers.

precious one,

Hospice came into our home when we were taking care of Hub's Mother, and they were a God-send,
many burdens were taken away, and at this point, our Father gave us peace and assurance that His Will
would be done..and, it CERTAINLY WAS.

our prayers are with you and we sympathize with you in all of your trials that lay ahead, for they are
nothing but trials to bring us into our Father's Will and Word...

my husband's Mother's face lit-up with Joy at her meeting with her Maker, and this was a blessed closing
to a love-filled-journey!

I spent 3 years as a chaplain for a local hospice - little did I dream my own husband would someday require this awesome care. I can only praise God for this gift to help with some of the burdens. It is a journey, but life really is about taking care of each other - being His hands and feet. Some days I really have to pretend that Jesus is sitting there to curb my frustration, etc. But it works.

Honestly Joi, you can do one thing for me. Put copies of all your art in an envelope and mail it to yourself. Don't open it when you get it, store it away. Something is considered copyrighted when it is created, by having your work in a sealed envelope with a postmark date you can establish your ownership if you have to.

Not that you're going to have to, but this is the internet and you never know what's going to happen with things you post. That way if Red Bird mugs start showing up you can demand a royalty. Or license it to someone who has the time to make them. That could help pay for hubby's care, God bless him.

But that's all down the road stuff. For now, for me, just drop it in an envelope and drop that into the mailbox to yourself. That's all.

Ricky - that has already been taken care of. But it is nice to know that you are thinking of me and my well-being. What a nice person you are!

OK Joi,

now in my mind we are loading-up the van with all of our 'beach-goodies' and
