Hi All, I'm pretty new here. When I click on Reply or Reply with Quote, the cursor becomes a blue spinning hoop, and no matter how long I let it run, the screen does not change. Quick Reply does work, but it's not as effective as Reply With Quote. I have Windows 7 with a dial-up modem. My remote location precludes faster line-of-sight service, and I can't afford sat. internet service.

We have a User2User Tech section for such questions. But since you've already posted this twice I wouldn't do it a third.
The spinning blue circle is Windows waiting. The site can sometimes be a little slow, but your dial up is likely the primary issue. Or an old pc.

Hi and welcome. That has happened to me, been quite a while but I think when I cleared my history it helped. Cookies and things like that can slow down your PC. Hope you get it resolved soon, I liked your answer about the problem neighbors.

I don't have a solution to your teach problem but you can highlight the message you want to reply too and copy it and past it at the start of your reply.. You can put it inside quotes too.. Yeah a pain to do but at lest it is a work around.
