Drove down to my daughters this morning........turns out there were six of us for Thanksgiving dinner.

Wore me out though...........it's a two and a half hour drive down and two and a half back......only stayed for three hours...so I was really wore out when I finally got home.............thank God for pain pills...........and a short nap........

I did enjoy seeing them though........so I am glad I went.

I know, but I'm funny that way..........can't rest/sleep as a "visitor." I need my own bed, my box fan, and my "blankie!"

:)

We had 9. 11 if you count the dogs...

3 grand kids, 3 kids, the wife and I and a mother-in-law. And Max and Zoe.

This year was small, since we're building a new house and live in a garage where space is limited. Hub and I, our three daughters and two very sweet boyfriends (of different daughters of course), and of course the three dogs, so 7, 10 counting the dogs.
After dinner, the girls went to see their mawmaw (hub's mama) and all the family that was there. Mostly they went to see all the little ones and play bubbles, legos and playdoh. And of course they went to catch-up on all the family gossip...err I mean important family information.

I'm sure Max and Zoe behaved themselves. How about the others?
Hahaha.

Yes. We all had a really good visit. The grand kids and oldest daughter had to leave that night but everyone else stayed for a couple more days...

The youngest grand child is only 1 1/2 so she thinks she should get everything she wants. Its never quite worked that way at grandma and grandpas house...

But everyone else was fairly well behaved... lol
