I wrote this utterly beautiful poem this morning and am convinced I am the best poet on this site. I will share it with you. If you have a poem or two you’d like to share, I wish you would.

Roses are red
Dandelions are free
Most guys fall in love with a lady
I have fallen in love with me

My friend, when I was in elementary school, used to shoot rubber bands at the light fixtures hanging from the ceiling, hoping they’d catch on the fixtures and not come down. It seemed funny at the time.

yea, I got the idea because there WAS hanging a pen from the ceiling, so perhaos someone had done the same with a pen there :p

Me and my friends used to go to the bathrooms wet the paper towels and throw them at the ceiling.. at one point we had hundreds up there..probably one of the only times i got in trouble in school

That’s a good poem, but I think Kilden’s poem has all of our poems beat, so far. Clearly she has a gift. Here it is again:
