I remember that game. It was provided for free on the windows 95 cdrom. There was also a short clip from that funny series 'happy days' :D

Its a weird mix of strategy - first person shooter. But the main accent is strategy. With tanks-copters-planes. I love it :D

No. It takes a crack file (.exe) that doesn't look for a specific cd-rom.
