I think it would be very easy to set something like that up in the US countryside. Land is cheap towns are friendly & theres plenty of warmth. Of course I'm sure there are other countries that would have us for the same or less. :D We'd redefine what country club means!

That would be great but we would have to have some type of good or service to offer. I suppose since its a club it would have to be both a good and a service. So far from club I imagine: hang out, food, and acreage to enjoy.

I think so except stuff that needs to be in the cold. I know in Phoenix you can farm all year round but I think New Mexico gets a little too cold.

I was thinking maybe we could start a farm. What about cotton? I saw cotton being harvested in Arizona.

Hmmmmmmmmm or a fruit beginning with a letter C for even more alteration. Coconuts, Cauliflower, Crab Grass, Chickens, Cacao, Celery, Cactus, Cabbage... Cake.
