No, the fireworks will be provided.

When I was a kid, each July 4 (Independence Day), we would have supper at the country club and then go out back and watch the fireworks show.

In the little city I grew up in, there was a whistle (siren) that blew at 12:00 and 6:00 and our dog would always howl at that.
