How's that?: The dresses are normally colder and in synthetic materials, I'd way rather wear a tie (Actually I have once on 17. Mai)

Well, in summer time then I beleive dresses aren't as cold to wearing. Yet, with some dresses you might put on pants under or any warm panties(strómpebukse)then it will go all fine.
