yes , we do

but we elect poltical parties (the whole party, not just a candidate). there can be one party, or a coaliation of more.
now we have one slight left wing and one middle/ right wing.... I think.... I'm not good at politics

Well, it is the government that makes all the desicions, as far as I know. I hink the king is more of a formal figure (but a really nice guy),

Sometimes kings are dictators, I thought, but I guess in England, kings and queens don't have a lot of power.

Our King definitely is not a dictator :) If he didnt have journalists and stuff following him he could probably be mistaken for any other guy

yes we have queens, or rather, a queen.
Haakon and Ingrid Alexandra (his daughter) are next in line

Do you have both a king and queen at the same time, or just one king or one queen?

both can be at the same time . not sure about the rules though....
Haakon is the "crown prince", so he will be king next, not sure what happens then, cause his kid is then next in line

When our country was born, around 1776, we had a problem with the king (of England) who had been ruling over us, so we never had a king or queen. We've always elected our leaders. Just about all adults can vote nowadays, thought that wasn't always the case.

we do elect our leaders :) the parties. Like I said, the king is more a formal figure,

besides, the king and queen act better than the politicians :p
