I dedicate this thread to Chip, who made me laugh so much when he posted the following on the Lost Sock Thread and who gave me this idea:-

Chip

I am beyond laundry challenged! If ever there was a reason for me not to be single is laundry!

I lose socks as fast as I can wash them!

I did wonder if there is anyone else who out there who might be laundry challenged, housework challanged, shopping challenged, cooking challanged, or just gadget challenged generally.

And Chip - do pop by to tell us why you are beyond laundry challenged :D

Hi Miri,
I was actually doing my laundry here, where I am staying for a few weeks, when I saw the post. I had just done a load of whites and as I sorted out my socks, there it was, one gold toed sock. i was pretty sure I had only put in grey toes, I did not even know I still owned any gold toes, and to make it worse - I had a single grey toe!

What the heck! How is this even possible! I checked with the family here and no, they only wear low top socks. Did my sock wash just prove evolution, a gold toe morphed into a grey or visa-versa?!?!?!?

Because my job requires I wear heavy boots, I have these heavy grey toed socks I wear with the boots, it would be instantly felt if I was wearing a gold toed tennis shoe sock.....

Then there was this post and it just all fit together all to well. I am hopeless.

My first laundry I ever did was when I was 18, in college, and I sort of confused a cup measure with using the whole box of soap. Later as I walked past the dorm laundry, there were suds everywhere, like a Lucille Ball moment, and two lookers were standing there. One commented to the other, "Hmmmm, looks like new meat in the building......". I quietly continued on to the trash room and tossed my inflated garbage bag into the canister so that everyone would think it was not me and went and hid for a few hours.....

I'm hair dryer challenged.

I seem to break then really easily and I set fire to one of them.

I was using it one day when suddenly it sparked and a flame shot out of it where the cord joins the body of the hair dryer.
I dropped it onto the floor and it managed to burn a hole in my carpet before I put it out!

Oh you know what, I'm tin opener challenged as well!

You know those automatic tin openers that you just place on top of the tins and press a button. When I use them they always stick half way, but then what do you do?

I usually resort to trying to stab the tin with a knife or something to try to get the lid off.

So many things made for right-handed people...how am I, a poor lefty, supposed to use old fashioned can openers, hold scissors comfortably, or write without smearing ink/graphite all over my paper and my hand??? I am challenged.

And high shelves...I may be 20, but I'm not even 5 feet yet! Vertically challenged, indeed.

I'm Curiously Challanged.

Whenever I'm interested in something that's So deep in depth, I get extremely curious about it.

For example:
I would like to become a Internal Medicine Doctor.

I would like to know EVERY SINGLE REASON why Cancer can form in the body. I don't want to be told that "It just happens", I want to know Exactly why..

...WHHYYYYYY...JUST TELL ME WHY.

So because of this, whenever I eat "Packaged" meats or Steak, I pray over my food, thanking Jesus - But also that I don't aquire cancer or some sort of disease from it, simply because many doctors are saying that certain meats can "Cause" Cancer.

...HOW!? TELL US HOW!

This problem that I have leads to many other problems. Extreme anxiety is one that I feel now that I'm trying to seriously get into religion (christianity) more.

I have SOOO many questions and SOOOO many fears to the point it's simply driving.me.C.r.a.z.y.

I almost Seriously think I may need medication for it.

..and I guess on a more humorous note, I'm also electronically challeneged.

...I've broken 6 of the 7 cellphones I've had - all from Mistakes..except one..

I consider the phone I currently have as broken. It's an Android..all I did was clean the screen with a wet cloth. That's it...

...Now the screen CONSTANTLY FLICKERS. There's nothing I can do about it.
Hmm..should I ask my bro for another phone..?

WHY!? I ALWAYS BREAK THE OTHER ONES....UGH!!!

And the thing is..I actually love technology..

...at times..
