Wondered why most Norwegian schools are unable to keep the temperature at a comfy level. People are wearing jackets indoors.... (and yes, they CAN afford heating....)

Attempted to go to sleep and then ended up getting out of bed to come post instead, and was momentarily distracted by an 'attention starved' Dippy who thinks I have been neglecting him terribly lately. (I haven't he just acts that way sometimes)
