Bullying gives prison sentence or community labor NO MATTER THE AGE OF THE OFFENDER
All weapons are to be locked in and ONLy used if someone starts invading us
Alcohol is OK, but you can only be drunk at home (not in bars)
Bars should BE bars (NO hiphop or dancefloors - those are for the hyper people elsewhere)
Marijuana should be equal to alcohol, and restricted in the same way
