I love that!!!! :D Smoked - grilled - baked - etc... Mmmmm :)

Some dough (how is it caled in English - the one build in many layers -), and some smoked salmon. Add spices. Close the dough. Finish with egg-yellow to close it and for a nice colour. In the oven for 20 minutes @ 170°C :)
