relax man, I've only been drinking coffe for a a bit more than a year.... gotta take it easy in the beginning

at least i don't have sugar in it unless it's latte

I get that with sugar, (even thoughh it makes me crash) but cofee always makes me sleepy

I don't drink much though, perhaps thats why

I bought my first expresso in milano
I had to look right down in the bottom of the cup to find any liquid
it was mostly air

None. Italians caal it Espresso, Frenchies Expresso. Since it's Italian, it should be Espresso!!! It certainly isn't French

Start with dessert coffee! That's a lot sweeter then 'normal coffee' or espresso.
