What exactly do you need to build a swimming pool?

A backhoe and stuff to dig the hole, pipes for the water, a cement truck to pour in the actual pool, and ALOT of water.

shouldn't we have something to cover the cement in too? (If I remember right, cement don't like water even after it dried)

We'll get some shovels and dig a big hole. That will keep us busy for a while.
