good, now you try to boil some sausages. bring the water to boil, turn the temp down to lowest, and add them in the water. leave in there for about five mins (unless they are frozen that is)

as long as there is room for both the sausages and enough water to cover them all you're good.

If they are frozen I guess about 7-8 mins.

just get one out of the water and check if it is hot all they way through

Don't the sausages float on top of the water?

I imagine you have to cook the long enough to kill all the germs.

germs??? what kind of sausages do you eat? sausages are pre- boiled, so not many germs left unless you left them somewhere warm.

I seldom eat sausage. I think I heard pork is especially prone to food poisoning, if you don't cook it long enough.

Well, you don't eat raw food in general, do you? :p of course if should be boiled, but sausages are areadly partially prepared.

you can do the same with chicken btw, cook it that is. but it needs to cook longer, just make sure it has that brighter colour all the way through.

I tried to make instant rice a few times, but it kept overflowing the container I was cooking it in.

keep the temp low once is has begun cooking. Some even bring it to a boil, then turn the plate entierly off, I haven't tried that myself yet though.
