I would be very surprised if many of us here who don't always agree on the threads were to actually "dislike" each other if we were given the opportunity to get to know each other on a personal level ... a face to face type of thing. I'm convinced that many or most of us would be pleasantly surprised (very pleasantly ) with what we discovered ... or at least I would hope. Gimme a day or two to be more precise and more specific (another busy week at work). I'm liking the spirit of love and thanksgiving behind this thread. God bless us all in Christ. Each and every one

you tackled one of the most confounding passages in scripture
that has baffled even the church fathers and theologians
all the commentaries i read.
that work thrilled me, and kept me out of trouble for a long time.

I'm not going to individually thank anyone here, but, I NEVER hardly 'liked' some of your posts and I 'liked' ALL your posts in this thread here, unless I missed ya, sorry , if I did.
What I do want to say is that ohzone, I will comment on, it's thoughtful of you to do this thread , the rest, I just say, I know we all have doctrine differences but we have faith in Jesus Christ as our foundation, as Scripture teaches, so whatever your denom, or, non-denom status, hey, I just say we are ALL in this together, all going to the same place, so, we might as well pray to God how to get along on Earth in our doctrinal differences because heaven is going to be 'different' than bickering and arguing and childish behaviours as such often displayed in this bible discussion forums, and, there is camaraderie at times, too, among the differences in doctrine, somteims, as anariel pointed out with two arguing, think it was 'John' and 'eternally grateful' in the good crossnoted 'law ward' thread, there is a MATCH, where we are actually saying the same thing though arguing that we are saying different things.
Anyway, the Lord leads, thank you, ALL, for giving to the Lord, for following Him

I don't spend much time in the Bible discussions forum so I never see that. But we all can get cross sometimes. It happens, even sweet as sugar me get's cross sometimes. ha ha..
