No it's really important, it's part of my grade for the course and so many people have quit the course or not turned up that there's only 8 of us in the piece. Plus because so many people have dropped out of the course in my year OFSTED (they examine the schools and colleges etc.) are taking a particular look at us as they're in this week so we may have to perform infront of them. Were going to one school tomorrow and then two on Tuesday so please could everyone just pray that for a start it goes really well and secondly that I'll feel no pain as we perform

Just put some muscle rub on, tried deep heat last night which didn't work at all but hoping this muscle rub will. It's starting to heat my back up already so i just pray it helps. Got it by the side of my bed just incase I need more in the night

All of them went really well, I tried to do the workshop yesterday but ended up feeling very poorly and it didn't do my back any good so I had to forget that half way through and leave the workshops out completely today

Did ballet, tap, gymnastics and limbering today which seems to have helped my back quite a bit but gonna carry on with the deep heat just to be on the safe side. I fell on my head trying to do a back walkover today though, my teacher was helping me but my arms arent quite strong enough so gonna spend next week trying to strengthen em :) im ok though I found it funny so we were all just sat there laughing hahaha

My tutor suggested lifting tins of beans like weights to strengthen my arms but I've got no tins of beans so I just stood lifting a packed suitcase like weights for a minute on each arm and it actually works! My triceps are killing!!!

Don't know how a mood can change so quickly. Literally a minute ago I felt quite happy but then I went on facebook and saw one of my sisters statuses...it's about her boyfriend AGAIN. I texted her yesterday to say I was annoyed that she couldn't even answer the phone or my texts or messages and she ignored it then I go on facebook and everytime there's something about her boyfriend! It's nice to know that I'm thought of by my sister....:( she doesn't even care how much it upsets me :(

She keeps going on about how 'proud' she is of him...yet on Sunday night she were swearing her head off about him! I don't get how she can make someone who shes known someone for 5 years of her life (properly) be more important than someone she's known nearly 18 years of her life and make them feel so worthless :( I've tried inviting her places but she's not interested! My mum says my sister needs counselling and as my ballet teachers a qualified counsellor I offered to go and talk with him about getting a few sessions sorted but my mum said 'oh she won't do it'. She'll travel here with her boyfriend when im not even here, but she won't travel to come and see me. The other thing that's got to me is this whole thing with my dad, I just wish God would sort it out, I don't know what I can do anymore. I'm going home after I've finished college at 1 today and all I want is a weekend without my sisters boyfriend around!! It's not a lot to ask for at all. He comes round...he's nearly 21 and he expects my mum to have made his dinner and tea then when we've gone upstairs he'll go routing in the cupboards without permission and either eat stuff that I've personally bought or waste them like the other week I bought currant tea cakes...he toasted one and threw it in the bin because he'd burnt it, then he got two others and toasted them, them left them in the living room half eaten and expected my mum to clear the mess up....wow I thought I wasn't helpful enough...I'd never ever go into someones cupboards without permission and neither would I have the disrespect to leave their house tidy especially if I turned up without having the decency to ask! Ok rant over....it's just getting on my nerves so needed to get it out of my system lol

well forst thank God for you're life, that what I do and how old is you're sister?. you made me cry for a monet there that you're sister hated you and you're mom isn't his mom! he shudn't do this to you and you're family too, I don't know what to say about you're sister because I only here 4 brother's, (it was thursday) my little brother hited me in the back I wanted to punched him bach but I didn't I was resald to him to hugh him and once he was setal down I gave him a kiss on the cheek, but I don't now how its going to help you thow but I'll pray for you and you're sister, sis'boyfriend too I'll pray of you and you're dad to get back two geath and I'll pray that God will Bless you and you're family.

I wish I had more to say but all I have to do is to pray to the Lord God to Bless you and to help you, I can pray alone. may God Bless you, Love you girl <3
