But speaking the truth in love may grow up in all things into Him who is
The Head, Christ. From the whole body joinened and knit together by
whatever joint supplies according to the effective working of every part
does its share causes owth of the body, for the edifying of itself which is love
( end quote )

Of course Paul is speaking about the body of Christ. paul speaks a lot about
love, since that what Jesus died for. To my experience the church does not
have that focus.it focuses more on studing the word. Of course that has its
place in Christianity, ut if we put knowledge above love, it is my belief, that
position is contrary to what Chris intened that to be.

Is the body of Christ is love.

Perhaps because Jesus is/was the Word, and he was there in the flesh to teach. We now have to study the Word to know and understand that which he taught? Yes, the body of the church is the believers and we are taught 'the greatest is Love'; but not all who attend church are believers and so they need teaching of the Word.
