I wouldn’t think so, if taken in moderation and if you brush your teeth regularly. I hope not—I drink 8 oz(1 cup) (about ¼ of a liter) of orange juice each day.

don't brush straight after drinking it, it will actually soften the layer that protects your teeeth so brushing them makes it worse right after
drink water and wait at least 10-15 mins before brushing
