THE HELPER THE HOLY SPIRIT.jpg

"A spiritual resource with practical applications to fit our daily lives."

'Although you may study the Bible to personally know 'about' God, as a result of that study

it should be learned the true mission is to help others know of God in one's own life.'

'And make no mistake, knowing 'about' God shall not be the same as knowing 'of' God in one's own life.
And small details often have great significance of which many cannot fully grasp.'

(There is a fable about a man and his camel who were hired by a wealthy man to get him across the desert.
The journey was so hot that they stopped to rest one day, and the only shade to be found was
in the shadow of the camel. The two of them began to argue about who had the rights to the
camel's shadow--the owner or the renter. They were so involved in their argument that the camel

ran away and they didn't notice until it was long gone.)

'Sometimes we get so caught up in being right that we become like these two, fighting over a shadow.
Instead of paying attention to our journey and sharing what we have, we let ourselves get distracted.
It is more important to notice what we have, to share it as best we can, and continue our journey.'

"You may not always accomplish things in life you want, without hope and faith.
Spiritual principles of hope and faith cultivate the desire to change your situation for the better.
And only by practicing spiritual principles with diligence and perseverance, that you may hopefully
come to know and learn of a better quality of life. And then one may actually trust the spiritual principles with confidence.

And in so doing can begin a gradual spiritual growth, one day at a time, here in the now."

#ICAMETOSHARE "The Spirit of God, who enlightens us to hear and understand God’s Word,
then takes that knowledge and guides us in living it.
The illuminating and leading work of the Holy Spirit in our lives is a
confirmation that we are indeed children of God."

MIRACLE MAY OCCUR.jpg :)
"Pride stands sentinel at the door of the heart and shuts out the love of God.
God can only dwell with the humble and the obedient. Obedience to God's will is the
key unlocking the door to God's kingdom. You cannot obey God to the best of your ability

without in time realizing God's love and responding to that love."

A GREAT LESSON LEARNED PRINCIPLES BEFORE PERSONALITIES - Copy.jpg
"I must learn to accept self-discipline. I must try never to yield one point that I have already won.
I must not let myself go in resentments, hates, fears, pride, lust, or gossip. Even if the discipline
keeps me separated from some people who are without discipline, nevertheless I will carry on.
I may have different ways and a different standard of living than some others.
I may be actuated by different motives than some people. But I will try to live the way I believe

God wants me to live, no matter what others say."

I have noticed the internet has more than its share of "no church is good enough for me so I don't go to any of them" representatives.

I commented on this imbalance in chat, and a lady in chat said she has a theory that "the people most active on Christian internet forums are those who couldn't get along well enough with others to do any of their socializing in a real life church."

I made the observation that I am very active online and I seem to be a fairly nice guy. She basically said I don't count because "You're an exception to a lot of rules. You wreck theories for a hobby."

Hmph! :p

I wonder about these people who refuse to call themselves Christian due to the behaviour of other Christians
whose behaviour obviously repulses them. I mean, do they likewise refuse to call themselves a human being?

"Thank God......I came...I came to...I came to believe.
'And for myself, born again was a life happening experience that forever
changed my life, now over two decades ago.

'And it has been my commitment over the past decade to share, and in doing
so, my spiritual growth is a day at a time. And I have learned of the Holy Spirit
to be a profound inspiration that helps influence many things put forth....'Praise God.

'And there are things I try to refrain from coming across with the wrong way since there
appears to be a sensitivity among stubborn and rebellious lives that cannot or will not accept things
when in spirit and truth are involved.

'And the commitment here is not to change anyone, as each must be willing to change, or not.
A renewed mind being reformed to a spiritual depth has to be lived out, here in the now.... or remain
stagnant with 'worldly thinking' that shall greatly hinder spiritual reality."
