They're superyummy.

Menudo is the cows stomach lining cooked in soup with hominy. Sounds gross, but it's good.
Barbacoa is the meat from the cows head.

oh well. Just hope it doesn't blister. the pain is OK, but it gets annoying when it rubs against the other fingers (I had one one my fing finger once, and it was at the exact spot where i support the pencil when writing... just my luck
