all i can say is that theres been a lot of murders by teens through gangs in the last couple of years, not so much recently but at one point there were like 15 within a few months. obviously its quite a heavy clubbing scene so youve got loads of teens going to night clubs. but its not all bad like that 
a lot of the musical theatre colleges are in and around london.....(dunno about other sorts of colleges tbh)....so youve got a lot of like musical theatre/dance/drama/singing/musical students there etc.
