same Estrella, back ache and stomach ache from all the sit ups and stretching. not to mention i fell over my wardrobe and hit my leg on my bed this morning. gonna be a bruise in the morning!

I've never heard of that. I need a hot water bottle really but seeing as I haven't unpacked everything from my third move this year (yup I've moved house three times since June) I don't know where it is. Btw this muscle rub is proper heating my stomach up and my back. Mmmmmm making me sleepy :)

They have all been moved to India and Phillipines.
