I always read my bible at night by flashlight, because with my adhd it helps me to focus better and I do not get distracted.
Today, as a belated b-day gift my hubby gave me a head lamp flashlight. Now I can read without having to hold a flashlight with my other hand.

and for me to successfully learn how and start rolling without jerking into first gear; that was a happy moment for me! hahaha!

Lol....i remember when i first learned. when i was 16. oh good times. though the one i learned first was 3 in the tree. meaning the shifter was up top hooked to the steering wheel and had only 3 speeds. my step day had me pull up to a speed bump stop and then told me to go. i learned how to get the peddles down quick by doin that. I have JAM and TUNA and CERIAL and so many things I have not seen in forever! Cudos to Michael for clue-ing me in to the existance of food banks. I had so much adrenalin today I did two and a half hours of yoga and aerobics followed by an hour of walking/jogging AND I made heaps of progress with packing for the move. Best of all, I'm saved from the guilt of my sins AND I'm finally un-depressed enough to post someting on this thread! Yay!
