I am happy because I got to talk to my mom and that my sister in law is here.

AND it's Friday and I get to spend the whole weekend with my husband!

I went to Vespers tonight to pray with the monks at my college, and one really really old monk who has been very sick was there. He's been too sick to come out of the monastery since last semester because of cancer treatments, but he was there tonight praying with us and his brother monks. It made my day!
it got above 0 so some of the 5ft of snowpac in my yard is starting to melt. I joyed spending the day creating trenches and dams in the ice to send the water down the hill with my boys. I barbequed on the deck (5 above felt hot on that sidea the house) and i didnt burn the burgers too badly when i was distracted digging trenches. I also had a wonderful visit with my best friend who admitted to praying YIPEE!!... now i just gotta keep her focused on who to pray to (lol) so much new age garbage out there... Not sure she gets my belief in Jesus but i'm working on her, praying for her and she's seeing holy spirit filled Christians and seeing "IT" in them, recognising them as their light shines... its only a matter of time now... Praise the Lord I've been praying for her since I received Christ and a major barrier has come down.
