Yeah. Well, I have the phobia of sorts of apartments.. So I would do anything I could to avoid having to live in one... I would much rather invest in a house... Most of the time, you can get monthly mortage payments for the same as you pay for an apartment... As long as you know you are going to be there a while, It is totally a better deal for your money.

I guess, here both are very expensive, but apartments are slightly cheaper (and you dont have to pay as much for "communal" services..

Huh. Interesting. Apartments still freak me out... The thought of having someone above, below or to either side of me that I don't know and that isn't related to me, being able to hear anything I may say or be doing just freaks me out.

hehe, I don't mind that. What I mind is noise if the neighbors are throwing parties. But I guess that not as bad if they're not 18 like the ones I live with at my hybel :p

Lol. Sounds like a good plan.. I've got the land, and we can each build a gorgeous custom home on our own bit of the property. They'll be beautiful.

No, No.. As christians we aren't supposed to resort to those sorts of things... Perhaps lots and lots of prayer would do the trick.
