I'll kill the hell outta any vampire I meet. If real vampires exist they're likley third stage posession and that means they don't sparkle in the daylight that's for sure!

Decapitation. It's the fastest way, it's impossible to get a stake through ribs. I'd try to get it from behind and sever the spinal cord-I would hope that would mess with it's motor functions until I could get it pinned and take it's whole head off. Not as easy as tv makes it look. :\
