Mulberries, apples, Asian Pear, with hemp powder (it doesn't have THC in it, it is not getting me high) E3live powder, Macca root powder, organic maple syrup, and ground Chia seeds.

Roast beef po-boy dressed, before catching the flu.. It was so good to, thank you God for letting me get that in before this disaster of a flu hit me.

Last nights supper..............Ham sandwich with Colby-Jack cheese 'n' mustard and a bowl of Beef flavored Ramen Noodles, yeah, I'm one of those weird people that ACTUALLY LIKE Ramen Noodles.
