"A Picture of Me Without You" by Lorrie Morgan from 1991. Before all the guys beat up me for recommending a "girly" song, in my defense the song was originally performed by a man, George Jones (I hope that saves me - lol).

I also blame my Prince Edward Island relatives for getting me into country music when I was younger. It is all their fault!!!

The song does mention "church" a couple of times, but technically it is not a Gospel song.
