Wow! I know so many of these songs. I was really into music starting in Junior High and then Senior High. By the time I was 19 I was singing in a rock and roll band along with tripling on flute and saxophone. Music really influenced me and not always for good.
When I got saved in May 1980, I put the world of pop music totally behind me, and I have only played and listened to Christian music, except for classical and jazz, the kinds with no lyrics.
But I will contribute to the favourite golden oldies parade here. This lead singer was very wicked!

I was watching an interview of Grace Slick by of all people Donnie and Marie Osmond. She said they toured with the Doors and I think she said it was when they were in Amsterdam that they would be walking down the street with the Doors and people would come up and give them all kinds of drugs. She said she would take toke off a joint and them put the rest of whatever they ahd given her in her pocket and say would take it later. She said Jim Morrison would take everything people shoved at him!
I know the guy was an alcoholic and was arrested in Florida at a concert they were giving for exposing himself on stage. He was let out on bail and died in Paris before they could sentence him. Just curious with all the stuff on youtube why would you post a video by someone you felt was wicked?
