take tahiti for example. owned by the french, the tahitians gave up some of their land so that the french could test nuclear weapons there and so dont have to pay tax and they are basically funded by the french.

it looks like paradise except theirs this place you cant go because of potential nuclear radiation....

Would gold and silver loose their value in a cashless system? What about land? I am trying to wrap my head around all this that we seem to be getting so very close to,
No, gold and silver would only go up as cash gets scarce. Supply and demand. Gold is an investor safehaven when crisis hits the markets and a cash shortage would certainly be a crisis. Also, a cash shortage would make gold and silver the benchmark currency so people all over will be scrambling to own some, which will drive the price up like never before. I've been following gold and the stock market for many years.

Gold and silver are commodities. Just as with oil, soybeans, pork bellies, etc., their value is controlled by supply and demand.

A cashless society means that the society uses another type of currency. Today that currency is a plastic card or an electronic device. Who knows? Tomorrow it may be pure barter.

Remember. God sees gold as a paving material. The same as the asphalt we use today.

The bible says then Antichrist will put his mark on finances, so that we would not be able to buy or sell without his approval. I think we will not have a cashless system, there will always be money. There has been money since the beginning. I do think we will use cash less and less over time, but society will not get rid of money.
