Hi all trying to get a good thread going for tips and weekly diets feel free to post as you wish, i am looking for as many tips as possible thanks.
morning 7-9 pm breakfast homemade almond milk 3/4 of a pint, put 2 heaped table spoons of ground linseed otherwise known as flaxseed, (you can quite easily ground your own flaxseeds or buy readily ground ) 1 teaspoon of chia seed and blend with a hand held blender in a jug) add stevia or sugar to sweeten, a slice of homemade coconut flax bread (i would recommend stevia to sweeten) see my post here post 4 for almond milk and the bread http://christianchat.com/heavenly-recipes/86971-gluten-free-recipes.html#post1522471 (the bread can be sliced to make sandwiches to) , (this is a really good kick start breakfast. I have scrambled egg too some mornings with the bread.

add some green leafs and salad of your choice.
I would recommend kale spinach and yellow
pepper, onion garlic shallots, (i would half cook the pepper, better half cooked more nutrients. the rest i would leave raw
uncooked. (one yellow pepper contains 4 times as much vitamin c than an orange.
evening meal just stick to any meat and veg of your choice, (i would recommend only steaming the
veg. 10 mins max. I always buy frozen meat much cheaper (fish i only get if its from the
Antarctica. (red salmon is good inexpensive frozen to) side salads i would recommend
including radish beetroot celery all raw as often as possible.
snacks to have in between meals homemade coconut flax bread, A stick of raw celery flavored to your choice i use Celtic sea salt or herbs. Homemade flaxseed biscuits see this

personallyi dont eat fruit (because there are many veges and food that contain the same nutrients and goodness. I dont drink caffeine. I just have herbal teas like peppermint as it aids digestion and taste nice. for water i boil tap water and add it to glass bottles, leave in the fridge and drink cold i add fresh lemons or limes to the water sweeten with stevia. tip many bottled waters contain bacteria that your stomach is not use too.
another tips always add a teaspoon to 2 teaspoons of raw oil of your choice to meals, like punkin seed oil flaxseed oil sweet almond nut oil as it aids digestion and verry good for the skin and full of b vitamins, include at least a table spoon of ground raw turmeric powder to your diet evey day very good for you for skin and healing.
more tips for you, make smoothies with raw kale blended and raw yellow pepper can give you a real energy boost when your feeling low on energy. greens like kale spinach can be bought in bulk frozen.
This diet is fit for candida and gluten free. it will you bags of energy and have you lookin 10 years younger and feeling ten years younger in no time. always add herbs to your food too black pepper canyon pepper cinnamon ginger parsley chilli powder works great.
veges and green i would buy green cabbage, you can cut that and freeze it. veges like turnip green beens spinach kale, leaks radish beetroot celery onion peppers are the only veges i use (i always steam the cabbages, not to much of that stuff lol cabbages contain folic acid which is very good for you.
I stay away from any packed food and dairy product fruit also, although sometimes i may have blueberries.
