ok if you have been lying down in bed and you have had a feeling of a bit of saw tummy, dont worry this is normal, i hope you had a glass of salt water ready for the last two hour because you should have had some lose segment come up if your effected, now you may not felt any lose segment come up, now how to test around about 8:15 am do a gargle of salt water lying flat on your back, gargle whilst breathing through your noise wash rinse and repeat ha-ha, don't swallow on either occasion and spit it out in to half a glass of cold untouched fresh water, (now the test) examine it is there any segments floating mid glass or at the bottom of the glass, if so congratulations your almost cured, amen god bless, now have another cup of peppermint with homemade almond milk and some scrambled egg cooked in coconut oil enjoy, with a few thinly sliced coconut flax bread, bon appetite

always good to look after your friends, but personally i would stay clear of frozen packed foods unless its fresh.

ok nice drink lets boost your energy up 10.30am day two of your fast, mix 3 parts filterd water, preferably boiled and cooled, overnight. add water to one part blanched peeled almonds, blend for 5 mins, fliter the milk through some sack cloth or a clean pillow case, place sack cloth on top of an empty jug and poor the milk through it., throw away the watse from the cloth,

Now half this mix of almond milk or dont half it and double up with the rest of this ingrediants here , and share with a friend and add good handful of kale, with 1 table spoon of flaxseed 1 table spoon of chia seed half a yellow pepper, sweeten with steavia, important only the 100 pure extract of stevia will do, (many other stevias contain a lot of sugar, Sugar is one of the most dangerous ingredients on the market. It’s addictive, added to almost every processed food, and will make you overweight, depressed and sick if you eat too much. In fact, Americans eat of the stuff per person per year 4 times more than the , likely because it is so addictive. That’s why it’s exciting to know there are alternative sweeteners made in nature, like “stevia,” that don’t wreak havoc on your health – or do they? That’s what I went on a quest to find out. Here’s what happened…

well ill tell ya what happened peopel getting brain washed, two picture here one bad stevia one good stevia, and i should point out that supermarkets are full of bad stevia.

One last tip for people with a possible yeast on the respiratory glands, for the next week don't use toothpastes to brush your teeth just use salt water for the next week, but gargle with freshly squeezed lime water first, after this gargle with some salt water, about 3 tablespoons to 1/3rd of a pint, first thing in the morning and last thing at night,

after each meal have a good gargle in the same way. drink a bit of the lime juice afterwards, bon appetite.

How ya feeling have a bit more home made quiche, with a drink, special drink, you like this, ok blanch and peel 1 cup of almond,

blend them with 3 cups of boiled cold water in a jug with a hand held blender. (less messy)

Now place some sack cloth over a jug, or a clean pillow case. and pore it over the until there is no juice on top of the cloth and only pulp remains, this is good pulp and can be used as almond flour or you can chuck it away.

now add the blue berries a 2 good handfuls of kale some Stevia to sweeten blend and bon appetite. tastes nicer when cold if you did it right you should have a nice banana taste,
