So, I have been trying to work on increasing my arm strength for volleyball and I was wondering if anyone had any good excersizes for this.
Do a 2 day split, biceps one day, triceps next day, shoulders the next, same for the next 3 days, then rest last day of the week.
Plenty of excersises you can do for each day. Build a routine. use some types like bicep curls on biceps day, military press and triceps curl and etc on tricep day, and etc. Just build your own routine, doing short reps at high weight. High intensity workout which will improve your strength.
