Stumbled across this today, they use the word "moron", the correct term now is Intellectual Disability (ID), or what in the past has more commonly been referred to as "retarded" ..............
he went from hardly being able to do basic math to 10th grade trigonometry........
students who laughed at and teased him began being tutored by him!!!

He had an IQ of 78, and now holds 7 Doctorate degrees!!!!

Really like Sid Roth, he is kind of at the forefront bringing God;s great miracles to the masses.
Curry Blake at JGLM had a young man who had downs syndrome, God has healed him to where you can't tell it anymore and works on staff at jglm.

I have had experiences where He has supplied answers to me at test times. I know of what he shares.

Having spoken with mothers and seeing their story was genuine through the videos and pictures they shared; I strongly believe vaccins can cause a bad reaction which causes permanent brain damage giving symptoms similar to autism.
Which doesn’t mean people can’t get born with it. But when it goes wrong these scientists, governments and doctors giving false information ,about vaccins being safe, should be held accountable.

when both hub and I were growing-up, NO ONE was EVER diagnosed with today's 'maladies'!!!
no gray-areas, just like in the Bible, just this simple,
(Christ healed the sick and delivered them from demons, and then went and preached The Kingdom of God')...

Sadly, they were. There were hidden away and forgotten about in institutions like Willowbrook.

Correction, the lower functioning ones were hidden away in institutions and forgotten about whereas the higher functioning ones were punished or bullied or misunderstood for being naughty, bad or quirky.

we used to have separate special ed classes, but now a lot of children are mainstreamed and have teacher aides.
there are pros and cons of each approach.

Im sorry I dont really know what the answer is. I have heard of some very expensive treatments (auditory ones) that have helped some overcome their difficulties, from what I understand its a sensory processing disorder.

Basically the brain gets overwhelmed with too much at once.
some of the behaviours are like what Helen Keller exhibited before she learned how to communicate. (she became deaf and blind at a young age)

I think in some ways the brain can compensate in other ways that are amazing, however.

There is nothing He can't or won't heal, appropriating it is the difficulty for us down here.
So many times we quit if we don't see immediate, total results and scripture indicates in a few places, "He began to be healed from that hour", or it can be a process as well.

some of the problem is that people with the problem dont believe they will ever get better cos they have been labelled or diagnosed and believe that their diagnosis has marked them for life.

this goes for other problems as well not just autism. And some doctors encourage this thinking/attidtude toward the sick and suffering

And that speaks of how a diagnosis can become wrongly accepted as the prognosis, as we come to tie it to our identity, then it is harder to remove.
