Sorry if this has been discussed elsewhere. Has anyone made the switch from keto to carnivore? I lost over 100 pounds on keto, but long-term I can’t do it. The thought of another salad makes me wanna hurl. Eating (mostly) carnivore, I find, is easier. I’m sticking with it better and don’t dread eating. Has anyone else been down this road and found carnivore easier than keto?

that is the problem with fad diets today, they are not good long term, we were meant to eat a VARIETY of foods not gouge on one type only. By going carnivore you will deprive yourself of some essential nutriments.

eat unprocessed foods whole grains. Organic if you can find and afford, cut sugars, artificial sweeteners all these chemicals from your diet. avoid soy ( creates hormonal imbalance ) some meat yes but also veggies and fruits, eggs butter within reason all natural unprocessed foods is good but in reasonable quantity. avoid ultraprocessed oils, such as canola, corn, soy. if you use oils use very little, cold pressed virgin olive and avocado are good in small quantity.

Blessings.
