Again we want to do it our way and push God off to the side. "Lets start a group on this."
If we pray for a healing and if it is Gods will, the healing will happen.

2 Corinthians 12: 7-10
[SUP]7 [/SUP]or because of these surpassingly great revelations. Therefore, in order to keep me from becoming conceited, I was given a thorn in my flesh, a messenger of Satan, to torment me. [SUP]8 [/SUP]Three times I pleaded with the Lord to take it away from me. [SUP]9 [/SUP]But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me. [SUP]10 [/SUP]That is why, for Christ’s sake, I delight in weaknesses, in insults, in hardships, in persecutions, in difficulties. For when I am weak, then I am strong.

This just might be the thorn your son will have to deal with. The only group I can thing of that would be God's will is a driven prayer group that your son is part of.

“Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food” - Hippocrates.
Keep in mind that when he quoted that, all food was the way God created it - all grown from the ground with no chemicals and not created in a lab.

What does the Bible say about health? Let us take a look.
Proverbs 17:22 A merry heart doeth good like a medicine: but a broken heart drieth up the spirit.

I have to go but I will post more verses for you later.

Hi I have a health condition and I find everyday a struggle to get by..its a mental health condition and medicine is just not working for me that well..its been over 2 years im suffering now. I have to be healed life is misery like this..please please does anyone know a good healer. I have recieved healing from spiritual people before but nothing seems to happen! :(
Its all about faith...

Cut your tea time,Pray during that time at start..
Then shift it to any other times like breakfast/lunch/supper...
continue this for one week, even if there is a little struggle at first..
Drink lots of water and put your body to rest when you feel heavy...
Pray placing your hand on afflicted area...

Most probably,it will go in one week..
Depends on your Faith in God Jesus.
Also if you need to remove yourself from worldly pleasures that keeps you away from God take this Fasting-Prayer time to Pray for that also..
If you're a beginner, sit somewhere comfortably and do..

Do it(Fast and Pray) for one week even if there are failures.Repent and continue..
God will bring the necessary change that we cannot.

Note:-
Read the passages in Holy Scripture where Jesus Healed many and cast out evil spirits/demons/evil entities...
Read Acts of Apostles...
Do this randomly in your Fasting and Prayer time

According to the book "Prayer can Change you Life" by Parker, you can pray in the wrong way and nothing will happen. He did experiments on prayer, and found that it is a matter of finding out what God says about prayer and following that. If you simply put your problem before the Lord daily, like a person with a disease who simply repeats that Lord I have (naming it) please heal it all the time, you could be making it worse. The Lord knows of the condition, He heard you the first time, you are not doing your part. You are simply reinforcing that you have the disease. You are making it worse.

When we keep sin in our life, it acts as a barrier to God. God cannot hear us. Christ asked, when He did a healing, if it was easier to say your sins are forgiven or get up and walk.

Facing and being absolutely honest is absolutely necessary. Do we trust Jesus or are we holding onto fear? Do we accept that Christ forgives us or do we need to ask over and over? Are there any resentments we are struggling with or do we give them up to Jesus, accepting that Jesus takes them. Do we truly accept all God is? It helps to see examples of people letting go of some of these barriers to God's healing as this book gives.

We can't expect God to heal us if we fill our body with food that is changed from how God created it to work with our bodies. It takes the food's God power away, Meat that is fed foods men decided so the meat is changed, chickens and eggs from chickens that never see the ground, peanut butter that has the peanut oil extracted and sold and cheap oil put in instead so it doesn't separate, milk that is homogenized so the cream doesn't rise, oils that aren't pressed but processed to change them, sauerkraut processed so the probiotics are killed, etc.

This thread really bothers me, and the picture of a healer in the middle of a huge group of people. That is not a picture of how Christ healed. When someone uses theatrics, we think of charlatans. I have known of Christians using the hands on method of sending Christ's healing, we do it in our church all the time. But it is done in the spirit, to surround the person with all of Christ, not ordering Christ to simply make one part of a body well.

I know of one spectacular healing done in a moment of time. A man was healed of alcoholism. But it included letting Christ in so that is what guided this man's life, something that happened in a moment of time. It wasn't so much about alcohol as it was about being reborn in Christ.

We need to think of healing of a body illness as it is thought of in the spiritual world. If we see it as the drama part, the theater part, we can't really see healing.
