since I have issues, like most of us, i have found that exercising in bed is a way
for me to take a lot of weight and tension off of my body...after discovering this
many years ago, it has been such a blessing, but of course, I have to work at
maintaining a regular schedule, as pain is sometimes a deterrent - but it is all
worth it in the end, for it keeps me from freezing-up/going to pot/ and the results
are what keeps me desiring to keep going...
it takes a lot of determination, especially at my age, (70) -and as we all know,
'that ain't young anymore:rolleyes:...also, one of the most important advantages is,
that my Husband just can't seem to keep his hands off of me:
never in a million years would I have ever dreamed that a healthy, sexual relationship
at our age could still be maintained and is still such an important part of our 'blessed relationship...
but always remember, that 'drugs' will always affect one's sexual desires,
and can even kill it altogether...

hang-in-there, my peers, it can just get better, if we can keep our love for one another alive
and continually growing in Christ...:)
