I know there are several here who like myself, live daily with chronic pain.
Also for some there is that occasional pain.
For the chronic pain, it is difficult to know what one can do to treat or manage the pain, and for occasional, the many choices can be overwhelming.
Wether it will be effective, what are the side effects?
Well, I know I struggle ften on what is best.
I did find a natural and effective natural product that is safe.
Although I will say, always check with one's dr if on any medication as one never knows what might interact.

(Arnica) is an effective pain reliver, and available in any natural store, and even in many mainstream stores that carry organic and natural products.
It comes in disolving tablet or topical cream, and Ive found it to be very helpful.
I know others here use this product and maby they will share a bit on its effectivness.
Anyway, just wanted to share this healthfull info for those who may be interested. :)

God bless

Thanks, Pickles. The only medication I had found was melatonin that did nothing for the pain itself, but helped me sleep through it.

I ound something that, for me, makes life SO much better, but it is complicated and takes a lot of study. It is biofeedback. I got a textbook on it that biofeedback therapists use for training to help. It really needs a mechanical way to track how much control you have over your muscles, but I find just working at it makes all the difference. It is more effective on pain that affects muscles, like back pain. It is a way of sort of mentally grabbing hold of muscles that have cramped and loosen them.

The presence of God and prayer is so much a part of my life, that this becomes part of biofeedback, too. It seems as if God is a physical presence that is helping my body heal, and quieting it, too.

Prayer and praise of God is trully powerful. :)
I recently had to get cortizone shots in my hands again, I hate having to do this, but my fingers were locked and unable to move.
The shots themselves are very painful, I ussually manage the pain with breathing, but this time I decided to give all in Jesus to God with praise.
As the dr pressed the needle deep into my hand, I praise God, and continued to praise.
The pain stopped right away, and continued with each shot, I had to get three that day.
Now Im not saying lessoned, but there was no pain when praising! :)
God is trully good, amazing and provider of all we need and ask!

God bless

My aunt suffered from rheumatoid arthritis from a very young age and she told me that she didn't like medicines so she would make hudson's bay tea from the hudson's bay leaf. At first she drank it every day until she noticed she wasn't in pain anymore and then she would just drink it when she noticed she was feeling achy. Eventually the pain came less often and she could go without it for months at a time.
